Sat Navigation. In-car navigational technology has been around for over ten years now, but its rate of progress has accelerated recently. They have become more usable in difficult or busy driving areas as their re-routing speed is now much faster and they can factor in things like road works and traffic accidents from live feeds. It is now a lot easier to navigation the menus and enter addresses as well using new intelligent touch-screens. You can even get them built into phones now, making them a favourite of cheats on orienteering team building days.
Transport Information. Trains, planes, boats and all sorts of other vehicles have been going for ages, but it has not always been easy to find out when they are leaving or arriving, especially at late notice. That all changed however when travel operators started publishing their timetables onto the world wide web for everyone to see.
