Since the second half of the 20th century, computers have made several steps forward on the way of improvement and development. Nowadays any branch of economy, any industry, business or corporation cannot do without computers. Every company has a system administrator in its staff, while the breakdown of even a single computer can stop the whole production, which is inadmissible, especially when it comes to companies, working with foreign clients and having to connect with them by means of computer network. Special software programs are created for different companies and with different purposes. Accountants, hotel receptions, stocks, economic enterprises, police departments, courts cannot work without special software containing all necessary numerical data. Such business organization helps to avoid failures in working procedure, to have all needed data ordered and to serve every client in a proper way.
Services sector is hard to imagine without computerization. Reservation software is used in most big and small restaurants, hotels, motels, inns, etc. It helps maintenance staff to serve clients, to provide them with accommodation. Unfortunately, those establishments, which do not use such software or save money, get less from this business as their services are of lower quality comparing to those restaurants and hotels, which do use such computer programs.
Have you ever visited big restaurants? There are plenty of tables belonging to different sections. These sections are served by different waiters and waitresses. An administrator can immediately tell you which table you can take. Have you ever thought how much time it would take for this administrator to find out which table is not occupied, if the restaurant is supposedly divided into several rooms?
